forum is broken?

So I wanted to edit my profile…

there is two options

1) On the very top, you know that wordpress.com bar (my sites, www.ads-software.com forums on left, on right says Howdy, my name, my gravatar, search magnifier). If I go that way it tells me

You do not have permission to access this page.

However if I click on the text link just below the DOWNLOAD WORDPRESS button, it is ok.

Is it me or is it www.ads-software.com?
