Forum Plugin

The main feature of a new site I’m building will be a Q&A Forum. Thus far I haven’t been able to find a plugin that does what I’d like to do.

Ideally I’d love to have a forum on my site that is just like this one on www.ads-software.com.

Does anyone have any suggestions for anything I could use to put up a forum like this on my site?
