Forum rules & paste bin

  • When I posted, I searched for the “paste bin” on the posting page, since I had run into the “rule” earlier. But there was no link to any “paste bin.” Instead, the bottom of the post indicated to “Put code in between backticks.

    And as far as the forum rules are concerned, they are not in the first post of this section, but the post only links to the rules.

    So the code in my post was deleted, which wasn’t too helpful.

    Could this forum not be made a bit more user-friendly by putting the pertinent rules right in the first “sticky” post?

    Is it not possible to put a link to the “paste bin” near the new message box??

    Just a thought …
