Forward form contents to list

  • Is there a way of having the form contents to be sent to a pre-defined list of email recipients dependant on what the user selects as an option?

    Eg,

    User selects a UK County, say Lancashire from a drop down menu.

    I have a list of clients in the Lancashire area. The form should be sent to the Lancashire list ONLY as this is what was selected from the drop down menu. If a user selects Cumbria as their county, then the form would only be sent to the clients on the Cumbria list.

    Is this possible to do using this amazing plugin?
