Forward slides on click and Keyboard arrows navigation

Dear developers,

Thank you very much for the awesome plugin!
there are two features that I’m really missing right now, and I would like to ask if you possibly have a quick solution for me.

1) I would like to proceed to the next slide by clicking on the slideshow (will be also great for movile devices).
2) I would like to enable keyboard arrow navigation
