Forwarding page to local folder

is it possible to forward page to local folder on my HDD?

No – not unless you are running a local web server with 24/7 public access.

I would like to use this like local website, it wont be on any server with public access. We want to have something like is Wikipedia, but for personal use.

Do you know anything about running a web server?

Then I would strongly advise you not to try hosting your own server. The security considerations alone are quite extensive. Have you looked around for a free, or low-cost, file storage resource tat you could use?

Maybe this is misunderstanding, let me explain this little bit more.

I’m using “page links to” in a page edit mode, there is option to link page to another web page over the internet. I want to know if it is possible to create connection between personal hard drive and this link. When I’ll click on that page window with folder will be open. I do not need any security there because this should work offline and for 4 people only. Each of them will have on their PC offline version of this page and when they would like to see and look for some information it will be easier to find it for them.

This we want to use like a tool and information guideline. When we will have on the page connection to different folder than we can work faster. I hope that now it is more clear. But maybe I’m bad expounder ??

No – not without effectively turning this local computer into a publically accessible resource. And as I said, I do not recommend doing this unless you have some experience in maintaining public servers.
