Foster and Adopt

Hello, I’ve come across your plugin and it has the best interface i’ve seen for pet fostering on wordPress. My question, I have a foster page and an adopt page/form. Is there a way to integrate these two sections into the plug-in so they can be filtered? Also there’s a few filters id like to suggest:
- Micro-chipped
- Spayed/Neutered
- House Trained
