Found a Bug with Dynamic Conditions

i found a bug affecting users using dynamic conditions and elementor custom skin
When using conditions, if a custom posts condition was once fullfilled, but it gets changed to not fullfilled, it disappears, but doesnt get removed from the loop/list.
