    Hi Facebook,

    I have a customer moments for you and I have the Facebook plugin for Woocommerce fully compatible with them, but they still get a few errors on the Facebook page (attachment). Can you provide feedback on how we can resolve the failures? Thank you in advance.

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options: 

    Additionally, could you please attach a copy of your site’s system status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report,” then “Copy for support” (after scrolling down a bit). Once obtained, please paste it here in your reply or use a text-sharing service such as https://gist.github.com/.

    Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

    While investigating the site’s System Status Report (SSR), I noticed that it currently runs Facebook for WooCommerce: door Facebook – 2.0.3.

    As a first step, kindly update to the latest version available (linked here), which is version 3.1.4 at the time of writing this.

    Then, feel free to go ahead with following our guide on syncing products to Facebook, linked here, for your convenience.

    Per what the screenshot informs, kindly make sure all products have SKU, price, and availability (or disable out of stock product sync, if it now is activated).
