FR: sort the category dropdown alphabetically

Hello David,

I guess the topic title says it all, and I hope it’s a simple request. ??

As my categories are growing and I’m editing a lot of my image attachments (one by one, by category), the dropdown list to select a category (both in the “Assistant” table as well as the Add Media/Edit Gallery dialog) is becoming a bit of a mess, I often scroll up & down twice until I find the category I’m looking for.
