Fractional Investing website like brickx .com

  • Hi chaps
    Im looking at making a fractional investment website, with similare features like brickx .com.
    Currently i don’t have a domian name, so theres no realy website to view. Plus development is right at the start now, so not much done yet.
    People will invest in fraction of the asset, like a brick of a house.
    So i think woo can buy from the shop. But when my client sells the share back to the bank (me) my website needs to display the sold ‘bricks’ as available to buy for other clients.
    So, if theres 100 bricks for sale to fractional invest in a house, Joe buys 10, so 90 is still in stock, but then Joe sells five back to the bank (me) the website needs to show 95 availabe for new stock levels.
    So, i need woocommerce i figure. Do you think WPVendor will allow for a setting like this?
    Or is there anotehr plugin that may do this out of the box?
