I have items in my Facebook feed that have weights expressed in fractions. When I export the csv feed file they are converted into dates. How can I set it up to remain as a fraction?

    Hi,

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we couldn’t find any ticket regarding this issue.

Can you please send me your CSV feed and screenshots of your feed attributes, feed filter, feed settings, and a screenshot of the product weight section with the product link here again?

Also, you can leave a note here once you send the screenshots.

    Thank you.
