Fragment Caching Not Working

    We recently upgraded to 4.3.1. We were taking care of fragment caching through W3TC plugin but after the wordpress update, we see that it has stopped the fragment caching. W3TC showed a few file permission errors and we fixed it but still fragment caching is down. Has anyone else found incompatibilities between W3TC/fragment caching and the upgrade to wordpress 4.3.1?
