Fraktguiden not showing in Checkout

Hi

Are the products set up with dimensions and weight?

Yes the product is set up with weight 200g and measurements 300x200x5cm

I have tried changing the values from kg to cm but the option to include freight is non-existent.

I have disabled and deleted Bring Fraktguiden and reinstalled/ enabled. Still doesn’t show up.

The measurements exceeds the maximum measurements for Bring Products.

For the plugin, I think we should discuss a fallback solution for this scenario.

What is it that you’re shipping @hansivonsnellfahrer? 300x200x5 at 200g? SO large and so light!

My mistake… I meant to write. 0.2 kg and 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 m. This isn’t working.

I enabled logging and found out that Bring Fraktguiden is sending the following request

I removed CARRYON HOMESHOPPING NORWAY and then “P? posten” showed up in the Checkout. So it seems this sending option doesn’t work. I have enabled “Kliman?ytral Servicepakke”, “P? D?ren”, “Minipakken”. Some of these maybe dont work either?

Could this be the issue? Which sending options are supported?

Right now most of the Fraktguiden services are available as options in wp-admin. However Bring Fraktguiden does not return a rate for the service to the checkout if the selected Fraktguiden product’s requirements are not met.

You should check with Bring Fraktguiden in order to decide what Fraktguiden services you want to offer to your customers.

We should try to make this more clearer in the documentation or the plugin I think.

Eg. CARRYON_HOMESHOPPING_NORWAY does not ship from Norway to Norway.

Edit: The next version will contain an updated list with the currently available Fraktguiden services. Also, a bug related to this is fixed where the ‘from country’ is not sent with the request to the Fraktguiden service.

Vi har slitt med dette siden dere kom med en oppdatering og Woocommerce/WP ble oppdatert og h?per dette kan l?se seg meget snart
