• I imported the “Frame” design. By default, its homepage is set to a list of blog post. In the title bar, it displays the text “SITE”. I have checked every single setting but nowhere could I find where to change this text?

OK, so there has to be some glitch after the import.

What do you wish to have as a homepage? Same thing as Frame demo?

The home page is fine, I just want to change the text “SITE” at the top

    OK.

If you want to present your blog as a HomePage:

Go to Customizing ? Blog settings ? Posts list – Title bar

    and disable it.

So you need add another Page, give it a title you want. Publish it empty.

Go to Customizing ? General settings ? Front page – and set to ‘page’

Go to https://www.laatjewrappen.nl/wp-admin/options-reading.php and set ‘Your homepage displays’ to ‘static page’ and set ‘Posts page:’ to the new page you created.

Yes, I understand that I can change the homepage to any page. But I want the homepage to be a list of blog posts. As is the default in your theme. But I just want to change the text “Site”.

So in Customizer ?Home page settings I have set my home page to show my latest posts. But that sets the header title to “Site”. I only want to change that text, nothing more.

Ok, apparently the method you described in your last reply is the only way to do it. So I created a new page and under Settings ?Reading set a Static Page as my home page and chose the newly created page as my blog page.

    Thanks!
