frames box resized to half intended width

I have a subscription for duplicate content that I want hosted in a frame. This works on my old non-WP site. See https://huddlestontax.com/id161.html. I pasted the frame code into the page. When I view the page, (https://www.huddlestontaxcpa.com/tax-newsletter/), the width of the frame is only half the size of the page, no matter what width I specify in the code. I have the same problem with height.

I’m aware of the SEO affect of including content inside frames. This is duplicate content anyway.
