Fraud alert

  • I would give zero as a rating if I could. Last month I subscribed to this plugin and paid $79 for my annual subscription for our online store. Then I found out that the plugin didn’t display a custom gift card field in addition to the preset amounts. I tested another plugin to see if that would do the job out of box, and it did so I wanted to switch to that plugin instead. I asked WP Swings to give me a refund since I was still within the 30-day refund period. They refused to give me a refund despite my follow up emails. They responded by saying that they would add the missing feature to the plugin instead of giving a refund. They also deleted my user account and I am not sure if they set my subscription for renewal so it is likely that I will have to change my credit card. They do not follow their refund policy! Do not buy if you think the plugin isn’t for you and you may ask for a refund!

  • The same has happened to me.

    Horrible company to deal with and I doubt anyone has had a refund from them.

    They insist on access to your WP site to resolve issues, and I would never trust them to do this.
