Fraud detection checks

  • Email notifications sent from this plugin has been showing the error message – This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Is there a fix to this.

    This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be.

    Can you please tell me from which plugin this message is coming? We don’t do any such checks before sending emails.

    Email Subscribers & newsletters plugin.

    I am using a valid email address but this message is showing in the email sent to subscribers and the newsletter sent report email.

    Hi @mascomp,

    We are not doing/showing any type of this fraud detection checks in the email. It is definitely coming from some other plugin or from your server end.
    Please de-activate all your plugins except Email Subscribers and then have a check.
