• First off, thanks for this plugin! It works really well and I’m sure it has taken many hours of love and care to get it this far.

I’m wondering if there is a way to prevent a purchase that triggers a Fraud warning and have the customer retry with different/correct information? As I have it set up now, customer payments that trigger a fraud warning are either held in PayPal to receive manual approval, or the warnings are ignored altogether and the purchase is processed. Is there instead a way to not process the order and give the customer a notice that states the issue and a chance to correct it? We don’t want to ignore the warnings, but we also don’t want to deal with a bunch of voided transactions.

Hi @web-malama, I’m really sorry for delay in getting back to you. We were little over swamped lately which led the delays in responses. Please accept my sincere apologies.

I believe you are already in our private support system, right? Can you confirm that please?

For what I know that with basic Fraud management filters you have limited options. I think in advanced fraud management you can get some better options but still you may need to talk to your PayPal merchant support about that. Did you talk to them?
