Don’t worry – you’ll always be able to use the product you purchased. Your product will still function 100% normally – but after your subscription expires, you’ll no longer continue to receive support or product upgrades.
We do offer a discount on renewals if you’d like to continue receiving support and updates.
So I chose the price without support and updates, as I didn’t need them. Now, a year later, without a warning, without an invoice, out of nowhere you simply charged my card for the full amount again! Basically stole 60 dollars. I wrote to your support twice, but got no reply whatsoever. And no, I did not want to continue receiving support and updates, and you never asked!
