Free account’s campaigns deletion

    Hi,

    It does not seem that Optin Monster does not allow to trash the three campaigns allowed with the free account. Is that correct?

    Hi @ph59 ??

    With the free plan you’re allowed 3 campaigns of any status (published, draft, archived, trashed).

    Trashed campaigns are automatically deleted after a period of time. However, you can free up a spot for a new campaign by permanently deleting one of the three that already exist in your account. This can be done by navigating to the Trash folder and selecting the campaign to permanently delete it.

    Would you give that a try and let me know how it goes?

    For some reason, the Apply button could not be activated earlier on. Now it works.
