Free, but not well-documented

We received this builder plugin with a theme (written by the same company that wrote this plugin) purchased from Envato. While it is free, and reasonably supported on the plugin’s WordPress page, it is not well documented. This means you really don’t have a resource to help you learn how the plugin works, so it becomes mostly a trial and error exercise. The plugin is awkward, as pointed out by another reviewer, and in many cases is not intuitive (well-written documentation could help with this). It’s difficult to understand the plugin’s capabilities and idiosyncrasies without out some sort of guide.
