Free, does what it says

  • I appreciate the fact that it is free and does *exactly* what it says. The problem is that it literally just removes the date so you end up with something like this:

    BY ADMIN · PUBLISHED · UPDATED

    And that could be fine, but if you want the entire thing removed, you’ll have to do a bit more tweaking.

    The byline and other text you are referring to, is a part of the specific theme, but not the WordPress core. Therefore the plugin removes only the date but not the text.

    If there is not an option in your theme settings to remove this text, you could do so by using css.
