Free Download WooCommerce does not work

Custom Designed site with integrated WooCommerce and plugins. I use WooCommerce variable products and attributes along with offering sales on items. My products, can be print, mobi (downloadable) or Epub (downloadable); all are books.

I chose to select which books are free and within WooCommerce, I set the mobi and Ebook options to $.0.

On the book page (see link) the shopper selects which variable they desire (print, Epub or Mobi). Choosing one of the downloadable options with a price of $0, still makes everyone go to the cart and select payment and fill out address and shipping information. None of this is needed and I wanted to just let the customer download the file. Is this not possible on my site?
