Free jetpack statistics not working

    I have tried to reverify my free community education project now four times and the free version of jetpack statistics is not giving me access to my visitors statistics. I am worried that Jetpack is now going to appropriate our community data to run a commercial product. Can you help either fix the free version of Jetpack statistics as there is no commercial content, or help me export all statistics data from Jetpack so that I can look for an alternative.
