Free licence workflow not working

    I follow the link after activating the plugin, which takes me to the registration page on your website. I click the “get a free licence” button, fill in my email address and tick the Ts&Cs checkbox but NOT the mailing list one. I then click Register.

    I then see “Processing…” for about 30 seconds and then this error: “Registration failed to complete within the expected time period. Please try again.”

    Oh, and having done it again for the 4th time I have now received an email although I’m still getting the error.

    I have to say this new workflow you’ve got for gaining a free licence is a bit of a disaster! The old way of issuing them automatically just worked, so why change it?
