Free miles?

    Is it possible to have free miles at the beginning of a shipping journey? For example, ￡4 a mile after the first five miles only? So customers who live within that radius aren’t charged, and those who live just outside it are only charged for one mile or so?

    Hi

    In that case you need to add 2 rate rows.

    First row add 5 as value for the max distance field and 0 for all other fields.

    Then the second row add 100 as value for the max distance field (assuming you only ship max 100 miles) and 2 for the Rate per Mile field (assuming you will charge 2 GBP for each mile if the distance above 5 miles)

    Hi there,
    Sorry, I know this is an old topic but I’d not been working on this project for a while and didn’t notice that it hadn’t worked. It’s still calculating the second rate for every mile.
