    Hi there,

This plugin looks really promising and I’m wondering if it’s able to do what I need with the free version or if I need to go Pro.

Basically, I use a lot of screenshots of dictionary words saved as PNGs then uploaded onto my site. Unfortunately, when uploading to the WordPress media library, they get ‘crunched’ which results in a blurriness to the image and in particular the words. What I’m trying to do is to get around this ‘crunching’ process and have the images display as clear and crisp as they do in their original PNG format.

I have Smush Pro and have disabled smushing of these images, but the result is still an overly blurry result. With regular pictures this is not an issue, but with screenshots of dictionary words the blurriness is quite obvious, and looks pretty bad compared to the resolution of all the other elements on the page. I was told this plugin can solve this problem.

Unfortunately I cannot upload pictures to illustrate the before and after effect, but I’m hoping you guys know exactly what I mean.

Many thanks for any input you can provide with this.

    Paul
