    Hi!
    I’m trying for the first time your plugin and i would like to know something else and ask you some questions!

    – Am i wrong in something or the free plan do not allow the user to complete the payment?
    – All the email sent by the system to the customer email are directly stored in the “spam” folder (outlook), how can i solve this?

    Additionally, i’ve some graphical “bugs”:
    – When i use the widget (Vik widget) in a sidebar, the search result always returns not available rooms or even do not redirect to the next page to complete the reservation (this last thing in the “radable format” of the calendar”… how can i fix this?
    – Then, the “extended widget” looks like this:
    THIS … can you help me fix this?

    Thank you for your message. I’m going to reply here point by point:

    1. Yes exactly, the payments are one of the PRO features.
    2. This might depends on different things. It might depend on your server, the images used and the contents. Our default email content has a minimum spam rate, you should make some tests by using a “spam test tool” online, this will give you all the information about the email.

    3. You need to select one of the pages listed in the “Page” dropdown parameter of the Vik Booking Search Form widget. Please, follow both the steps described in our tutorial:

    4. It seems a CSS conflict with your theme, could you please give us an exact URL to the page so we can check the problem better?

    2. Well i’ve not customized the content of the confirmation email… so it’s pretty strange… (1) How can i customize the confirmation email eventually?
    3. Oh ok ty! Now it works sorry!
    4. No more problem i decided to change type of widget, ty anyway!

    Just another question:
    (2) can i customize the last page shown when booking confirmation is defined? The one with all the details of the reservation?

    Hello,
    Here my replies:
    2. It might the server then, you should check with a spam tester that will give the exact information about what is causing the spam problem.
    Yes, you can customize the confirmation email in the Global > Configuration > Views and Layout tab and click on the “Edit template file” or in the “brush” icon beside to change the colors and backgrounds.

    5. What do you mean by customize? With the PRO version you can change/add the customer fields. Would you like to do some other type of customization?

    Hello,
    Unfortunately not, although you can add the notes in the method of payment that you can show also on the order page. The notes will be printed out in the middle of the page.
    You can see an example on our demo website (https://vikwp.com/demo/vikbooking/) if you choose the “Bank Transfer” method of payment, you will see the sentence “Owner’s Contact/Bank Info would be placed here.”.
