Free plugin is the best, Pro is the worst ever

    Rankmath free plugin is the best for SEO, which motivated you to subscribe the pro version but it is a trap! full of bugs and worst support ever.

    Most of the promised data in the analytics section doesn’t appear, they claim that it is because my website doesn’t have keywords in the 100 results while it does!

    then when you check for the solution in the support tickets it’s blocked as the website doesn’t recognize me as a pro user!

    try to send a new ticket you will find users complaining about days with no answer!

    try to send a post about your frustration on their FB pro users group, they decline the post as you should be praising them, say how amazing is they are!

    so in conclusion 200 dollars, you will be paying for NOTHING and I sent them asking for refunding

    Sorry for the issue you were facing.

    You were replied pronto with the solutions to your support ticket and the issues were all resolved.

    Facebook group is not for the support tickets.

    The reason you were not able to see your older tickets but you were already refunded and all the PRO tickets are not visible anymore.

    If you have any further concerns, please let us know.

    Problems similar to mine. The plugin consumed my server’s CPU.

    I was a fan, wasted time and money and all the frustration generated.

    Horrible support.

    Was the server CPU issue ever resolved and explained?

    I now have a similar issue with our Digital Ocean server hitting 100% CPU after updating to the latest Rankmath Pro version.
