    Hi @lexxa7,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m not entirely sure I understand the problem you are facing with your products.

Can you please help us and share a screenshot and a link to the product in question, and tell us what steps we should follow to replicate the issue you mention?

To make a screenshot we recommend https://snipboard.io – follow the instructions on that page, then paste the generated URL in this thread.

    Thanks!

On the first four images the command works fine and the problem does not come from

my problem is that the prices of my products are 0 as shown in the photo above so no means of payment is requested when ordering.

and we arrive at the real problem the cart of the order to place is always present, whereas there should be nothing in it to be able to place a new order, as shown in the photo above

I would like the basket to reset when an order is placed with products set to 0€

sorry for my weak english, i’m french and i’ve been looking for the solution for a while so i thought i’ll come on the english forum

    Hello,

I understand that after placing an order the cart is not empty. This is odd and not the normal behavior for WooCommerce. That sounds like there is a conflict with one of the plugins or your theme.

I recommend running a conflict test on your site following these steps below:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello

yes you have understood the problem, but you should know that when I have a figure above 0, example 1 dollars and I place an order the basket is empty. the cart does not empty only when I put the product at 0 dollars

so i think it’s not because of an incompatibility

oooooooo this is driving me crazy lol

    Hello

you are right I installed a local wordpress with woocomerce and it works so I will look at the level of the conflict

    thanks again

here is why the cart was not empty

    Glad to hear that.

If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread, this thread will be tagged as resolved.

    Thank you.
