Have you removed any checkout fields, such as the Email field, or have you used a plugin to do so? Can you please provide more details about the problem? Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

• System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Thank you for sharing the error logs. It looks like the issue might be related to the Paypal Manual Payment Gateway plugin that you’re using. The error log indicates an issue with reading the order data.

Could you please try disabling the plugin or using a different one to troubleshoot the issue? Considering the plugin hasn’t seen an update in 2 years, it may not play well with the latest version of WooCommerce.

I deactivated the plugin but the issue still remained, as I check the logs it is obvious that the main issue is from woocommerce plugin

If the problem still exists, it would be helpful if you could provide us with a more detailed error log. You can do this by enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG in your wp-config.php file. This will create a debug.log file in your wp-content directory. Please share the contents of this file with us.
