Where do I find documentation? Perhaps someone could help me understand this confusion I have over free shipping. If at product level, a product is ticked as “”free shipping”” does this mean:
- The product automatically qualifies for free shipping, regardless of the value. OR
- It qualifies as a product that “”could”” get free shipping, if the total cart value exceeds the Free Shipping threshold defined in the TCC configuration.
- The topic ‘Free Shipping’ is closed to new replies.
