Free shipping always showing regardless of conditions

Hi there,

I have been using your plugin on a couple of websites and it works great! Except in this case.

I have setup the plugin so that free shipping is only available when a minimum purchase of $150 and excluded some categories:

Category – not equal to – bouquet rental
Subtotal – equal to – 150

But the free shipping options shows up even though there are products from the bouquet rental category in the cart.

I also tried adding ONLY products from the bouquet rental category, but free shipping shows up as soon as $150 is reached as a subtotal.

Please let me know how to fix this.
