Free Shipping and Flat Rat Shipping Zones not working

Hey, Deb, I’m another WooCommerce user.

Make sure that:

• All products have dimensions and weights
• The shipping zone has a shipping option

Are you using any additional plugins in conjunction with WooCommerce to extend its functionality?

• General Settings
• Shipping Settings
• Error message you received on your end

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you so much for your responses. After reviewing and reviewing it dawned on me that I had set up a shipping zone for the USA, Canada, and North America. The North America one was conflicting. This was my problem and now this has been resolved. Thank you so much!
