Free Shipping Calc on Retail vs Whsl

I have WooCommerce Wholesale Prices by Rymera Web installed for role based wholesale pricing. I have your shipping calculator installed as well. I have set up a Free Shipping option for Subtotals greater than or equal to $250. When a wholesale customer places an order it is determining the free shipping option on the Retail price not the wholesale price. There is a 40% discount on Wholesale vs Retail so you can see that the free shipping gets invoked quickly when it should not be.
