Free shipping calcualtion

    HI

    I have been testing the plugin with my WooCommerce store and i have a question regarding free shipping.

    My store offers Free Shipping for orders above $500.

    If I make an order for $600 and use 100points to discount the order at $500, Free Shipping is applicable.

    In contrast, If I make an order for $600 and use $500 points to discount the order to $100, Free shipping is not available.

    Is there a way to make it calculate Free Shipping based on the Pre-discounted (before point apply) sub-total?

    Thank you for sharing your query with us,

    Currently we don’t have this feature where the shipping cost is calculated on the pre discounted price but you can connect with our support and they will try to provide you with an alternate solution for this.
