Free Shipping Discount

  • Hey there,

    I’m having issues when customers checkout under the “Free shipping discount” rule.

    I have setup the rule in store settings if any orders over $300 get free shipping.

    It seems that this applies on the “checkout page” correctly. However, when a customer fills out their details and “purchases” the item we get the following error code;

    Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order.

    Ray here with WP eCommerce Support.

    I haven’t exactly looked at your settings, but I am able to go to the paypal page like such : https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1184399/Jing/2014-10-17_1623.png

    I did not see the error that you are seeing. Did you disable free shipping?

    Thanks for the response Ray.

    It seems my client has disabled the free shipping while it fails us.

    I have just enabled this again. Can you please clear your cache/cart and try again.

    Please let me know if you need any wp-admin access.
