    I have added a coupon for free shipping but no option for free shipping is displayed. I have done a setup of a free shipping method for the zone. I have checked the check box that allows free shipping. When I enter the shipping code it is added as a row stating that freed shipping should be enabled, but no option to select free shipping is displayed. I have also tried to limit the free shipping code to be used only once for each customer, this does not work. The free shipping seems to be able to be used any number of times even though I have inserted 1 in the input box for the number of times the code should be possible to use.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the free shipping coupon and its limitations on your website.

    I understand that you have set up the free shipping method correctly for the zone and enabled the checkbox for allowing free shipping. However, the option to select free shipping is not being displayed, and the usage limit for the coupon is not working as intended.

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Shipping Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)
    • Coupon Settings
