• Hi i try give a custumor free shipping by a cart value of 500€

i have done the folowing but no free shipping:

    1) i have made two Shipping classes and name those shipping-1 and shipping-2 (just an example)

    2) i have a product and in product date / tab Shipping, i select shipping class “shipping-1”

    3) then in woocommerce settings / shipping i made a new zone called “default setting”, no regions therefore it′s say “everywhere” and for shipping method i take “Flat Rate”

    4) I Click on “Flat Rate” and insert in “Shipping-1” Shipping Class Cost 25 and in “Shipping-2” Shipping Class Cost 45

    5) For “Calculation Type” i take “Per Class: Charge shipping for each shipping class individually”

    ———————————————-

Then i made a new Shipping zone called “No shipping” an for shipping method i take “Free shipping”, I Click on “Free Shipping” and insert in “Free Shipping Requires…” the choice A minimum order amount and insert “500”

    Now the issue….

i take the product (Point 2 above), this have a cost of 179€, with 1 product it calculate the shipping cost of Flat Rate 45€, in cart i change the quantity in 3 pieces with the subtotal of 537€ but keeps calculate the shipping Flat Rate of 45€ wit the total of 582€!

    It should be 537€

    WHAT I DO WRONG????

Shipping zones are **Geographical Areas**; They’re used to group types of shipping available based on geography, not on product commonality.

In other words – you’ll need to revisit how you have you shipping zones set up. If I understand things correctly, you’ll have to move your “Free Shipping” method to be located in the same zone as that of your “Flat Rate” shipping.

For a more in-depth guide on how to work with shipping zones, have a look athttps://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
