Free Shipping for 1 quantity

    Hello,

    Can we set Free shipping for one specific product, but just for 1 quantity?
    If is in cart same product 2 quantity, then shipping cost is for example 5$.
    I only want free shipping for 1 item of one product, can we do something to make this?
