Free shipping is not working for Guests

Hi,

What did you try to setup? Could you maybe post a screenshot?
Could you also elaborate what isn’t working for you? Is it not showing when expecting or showing when not expected?

i want to setup the shipping cost according to user roles and subtotal. i am applying it on shop manager and normal customer roles and for guest user. For shop manager and customer role it is working fine. but it is not working for the guest user.

Hi,

I noticed that your shipping rate with the ‘Guest’ condition also have a ‘subtotal’ condition in there.

With that you’re using the ‘equal to’ operator – which is unlikely what you meant there (chances of the order being exactly 20 is probably low).

I think that is the conflict causing it to not show.

I’ve successfully replicated this and found the cause.

Could you help me test this by downloading the latest version of the plugin here; https://github.com/JeroenSormani/WooCommerce-Advanced-Free-Shipping/
(delete the current version from your site and then install that one)
