Free shipping is problem work

    Hi, we have e-commerce website with 5 different language and 5 different currencies, we set free shipping in euros for all couriers to all countries but somehow, now is showing free shipping where is cart 500k? and less. Free shipping is set to euros 200. So please why is this happening?

    And we have rules for weight. That was working but now is free shipping still.
