Free shipping issue

    Hello there. I’m currently working on a new shopping site and I encountered a problem with the free shipping option. I have 3 shipping methods already inserted:
    1. free shipping (cart total over 300)

    2. flat rate

    3 Sameday Courier

    I also added the PHP snippet to hide other shipping methods when free shipping was available. Everything worked like a charm till I observed that free shipping is applied also to orders under 100 which doesn’t fit with what I wanted to set up.

    Can you help me out of this situation and have free shipping only for orders over 300 $?

    Solved: deleted Free shipping/ Added new free shipping – dumbest solution ever but it worked.

    Dear Ionut, I have a very similar problem, I offer free delivery over €500.
    Below my settings on woocommerce

    How can I not have the cost per kilos appear when the free shipping condition is met?

    Maybe coolud help me what you wrote: “I also added the PHP snippet to hide other shipping methods when free shipping was available.”

    As this topic has already been marked as solved, I would suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread. Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.
