Free shipping issue when coupons used

  • We are using your advanced free shipping plugin which works fine except when someone uses a coupon code or redeems reward points that take the cart total below the free shipping threshold… it then does not turn off free shipping even though the subtotal is now under the set price.

    Our free shipping is set up as below:
    – We set up Shipping Class A – Green Kids
    – We set up Shipping Class B – Drytimes
    – Set up Free Shipping above $99 for Class A
    – Set up Free Shipping above $29 for Class B

    I have added 5 items into the cart for a subtotal of $103, which turns on free shipping as the purchase is over $99. I then applied my rewards points/coupon which brings the subtotal down to $92.90… at this stage free shipping should then turn off and flat rate shipping of $10 applied. We have already been in touch with the plugin developers of our reward system and the issue is not on their side as even a standard woocommerce discount code causes the exact issue.
    Is there an option I am missing in the settings to get this working properly please?
