Free shipping issue when points are used

We are currently using free shipping options for orders over $99 via your discounts plugin… if a customer places an order over $99, so free shipping is applied, then uses their reward points (from a different plugin) to reduce the amount in their cart to below $99… your plugin does not remove the free shipping from the cart. Do you have a work around for this?

To explain further… so people are using their reward points to lower the cost of the cart (below the free shipping threshold of $99) and getting the bonus of free shipping on top of that as the free shipping via your plugin is applied first… then the reward points applied…

Is there a way for the free shipping discount on your plugin to be applied after all other coupon codes and reward points have been used… then if the subtotal amount is still over $99, apply free shipping. We have tried If Order Subtotal and also If Total Spent in shop… and a combination of both and neither of these remove the free shipping if coupons or rewards are applied.

Does your plugin compensate for this?
