    I set up free shipping. That works as it should be. This week we started using this plug-in again. In the past it had to many problems, now most seem fixed.

    But for some reason the labels for orders who qualify for free shipping don’t appear in the Shipping Manager we still have to add these manually. That doesn’t seem right.

    I have the feeling the documentation isn’t up to date with the new plug-in and Woo options.

    Hello,

    Do you mean that you can correctly apply the free shipping but the order doesn’t appear on your Shipping Manager ? Is it well present on your Woocommerce orders ?
    What’s the result when you print the label from Woocommerce itself ?
    Whether you still experience the issue with our latest plugin version

    I did, 5 days ago? But they didn’t get back to me, yet.

    The free shipping still doens’t (labels won’t send/generate) and the local pick-up options where gone. And I need that option to stay.
