    I have a flat rate up to $100 set up, and a free shipping setting for above $100. However, when the cart has more than $100, the “free shipping label” doesn’t appear anywhere. It just shows “Enter your address to view shipping options” or “No shipping options were found” which makes it look to the customer like there’s no shipping method available. Am I missing something?
