• Hi,

I am building a new WooCommerce site at the moment (not currently accessible publicly so cannot send a link I’m afraid) and have tested your plugin.

I want first time buyers to have free shipping. When I enable this option, the coupon appears in the basket and says first order discount free shipping, but then underneath that my shipping total still appears. See screenshot – https://imgur.com/yOxMLf7

I tried instead changing to product discount and setting it to 100%. This did work fine, so now only being charged for shipping.

However we are advertising it as free shipping for first order, so any ideas why this might not be working?

Secondly, what kind of ‘anti-cheat’ do you have in place to stop people getting their free shipping more than once? How does your plugin recognise repeat buyers?

    Thanks
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    1. Can you please make sure that you have free shipping is enabled and setup correctly in shipping zones? It should have an option probably “minimum amount or free shipping coupon”.
    2. To restrict people from cheating, we are checking their “repeat order” based on billing email. In case if you would like to have more advanced check like – IP or a combination of few fields, then it needs to be custom developed.

Feel free to reach out to me if you need any further information.

    Thanks!
