Free shipping not working

I understand you’re facing issues with the free shipping from the minimum price of 50 Euros not working correctly.

On the other hand, are you seeing any error messages displayed in your checkout page once you try to complete your checkout with a product exceeding 50 Euros? If you’re seeing any errors, please also share screenshots of those.

Another place to check for error messages in under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If you find any errors, please copy and paste those via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

The shopping cart free shipping is random, and above 500 euro it somehow seems to work. (Gratis verzending PostNL)

Thank you for sharing the screenshot—I can see that the free shipping method is set up correctly. I checked the issue on your site, and free shipping works as expected when the order total is between $50 and $100. However, when the order total is between $100 and $500, the free shipping option isn’t available.

I tried to replicate this issue on my test site, but everything worked as expected, which suggests that a plugin or theme on your site may be causing the issue.

To confirm, I recommend running a conflict test by following the steps outlined in this article: How to Test for Conflicts.

Thanks for sharing the System status report. It appears you’re using a Divi Child theme, which might be conflicting with WooCommerce, or a third-party plugin may be contributing to this issue.

To better assist you, could you create a test page and use the shortcodes [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout] to display the default Cart and Checkout pages? If this makes any difference there, it’s likely due to a conflict with your theme or a third-party plugin.

To pinpoint the cause, you may want to perform a full conflict test.

I noticed you’re using the Pronamic Pay plugin for your payments and wanted to check if the issue has anything to do with our plugin, but that’s not the case.

From what I see, I’m guessing you’ve set the minimum amount to 50,00 — with a comma. Apparently that can cause unpredictable results with WooCommerce (see e.g. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/free-shipping-with-minimum-order-amount-stopped-working/page/2/#post-17405906). You might want to try entering the minimum amount as simply 50 (or 50.00 — with a dot).
